More ....9 ... Stratford upon Avon

We all went down to the Cotswolds today to Shakespeare's home town. Lovely old town but this time with old Tudor influences. There were no Shakespeare performances during the day so a walk around town and a visit to Anne Hathaway's cottage were the highlights. Thyson also made a brass rubbing of Robert the Bruce. He was standing near a living statue near Shakespeare's house when it moved, frightening the hell out of him. Lainie is in love with old tudor houses and shops and thatched roofs and was greatly impressed by Anne Hathaway's cottage. She's planning a return visit so they can see a Shakepearian performance.
